The Dumper User Group 2010 was held in Pittsburgh, PA on September 22-23.  Presentation sessions and roundtable discussions were held at the Sheraton Station Square, highlighted by guest speakers and lively interaction. Dinner on September 22 was at the Carnegie Science Center, where everyone enjoyed an exclusive walking tour of the 89-year-old Miniature Railroad & Village display and toured Roboworld, the world’s largest permanent robotics exhibition.

Shown here are conference attendees and Heyl & Patterson employees at the Science Center.  In the foreground is the Zeiss Star Projector, the last remaining planetarium projector of its kind, and the centerpiece of Pittsburgh’s Buhl Planetarium from 1939-1991.
